CHANGING THE WORLD – ONE PERSON AT A TIME
GET COACHING. GET RESULTS.

The benefits of coaching can be substantial and specific to an individual, organisation or team;
Build personal awareness – We can help you find ways to improve yourself and become aware of blind spots. These blind spots can be areas of work, personality, relationships or health and wellness. Once you are aware of these areas, we will work with you to improve them.
Increased level of engagement – We engage with you to provide specific and unique feedback with lots of encouragement. When you become engaged with your life or workplace, you can contribute more effectively to your family, relationships, team or organisation. This helps to increase retention rates, productivity benefiting your home life, health, career as well as the organisation.
Deeper level of learning – Coaching isn’t just about improving an individual’s skills in the workplace, in relationships or taking control of your health and wellness – it takes learning to an even deeper level. We can help you learn more about yourself, find out how you are perceived by others and improve on areas of your life you are not completely satisfied with.
Help you become more accountable – This is one of the biggest areas we can help you with. All of a sudden you become accountable to follow through on whatever you’re procrastinating on or stopping yourself from doing. We will safely push you beyond your limits and what you thought possible and then see the breakthroughs happen.
Save you time to get you faster results – Time is the most scarce resource we have. You can always make more money, but you can’t get more time. Yet, when we attempt to do things on our own, we’re taking the long route and wasting that time. This is simply because we don’t know the path ahead and what to expect. We can help with that.
Clarity with your calling/destiny – We empower you to visualise and create your own dreams, answers and plans to achieve them. Once you identify how you derive meaning in your life, you can focus on the direction of your calling. This all about identity and what you were created to do. Your destiny is knocking on the door and we can help you unlock and open it.

TEAM BUILDING AND CULTURE DEVELOPMENT
TEAM BUILDING AND CULTURE DEVELOPMENT
Team building and developing a strong cohesive team culture is our forte and what we do best. Here are seven basic foundations to creating a dynamic team.
Assign serious team goals for really important assignments and projects, not just planning for next summer’s annual company picnic. Ask them to challenge the status quo and the conventional wisdom. This will help to keep your company fresh and ahead of the game.
Encourage informal teams due to the fact more work in organisations is accomplished through informal teams than formal ones. When your employees are able to tackle concerns themselves, without elevating every little decision to top management, you’ll have a much more efficient organisation.
Cross-train employees to understand how different areas of the company work, they are more apt to make decisions that benefit the company as a whole, rather than solely their own department or group. Some organizations go as far as switching employee roles on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Have the managers spend a few days working on the front lines with customers or directly with your product.
Facilitate better communication activities that create discussion to enable open communication among employees, and between employees and management. This can improve office relationships and in turn, the quality of work done.
Motivates employees – Team leadership and team building go hand in hand. The more comfortable your employees are to express their ideas and opinions, the more confident they will become. This will motivate them to take on new challenges.
Promote creativity – Taking a team outside of an office setting and exposing them to new experiences will force them to think outside of their normal routine. Working together with other team members can ignite creativity and fresh ideas, which are great qualities to bring back to the office.
“Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.”
Richard Branson – Founder of the Virgin Empire

Motivational Speaking and Smashing ‘The Fear’
After a gruelling and intensive five-day physical and mental military selection board in 2002, Alan was told he had not made the cut to become a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal New Zealand Air Force. The RNZAF recruiting officers said he lacked confidence. Alan severely lacked public speaking skills and was so nervous he couldn’t even say his full name correctly in front of the other potentials. This was a turning point in Alan’s life. Today, he has spoken at hundreds of events, workshops, presentations, ceremonies, charity auctions, motivational keynotes and worked for three years as a local TV presenter and journalist.
What happened? Learn the tricks of the trade by someone who has been there and conquered that mountain.

Success Stories
I found Alan to be friendly, confident and enthusiastic in his approach. His open manner, his intuitive questioning and a sense of presence and calm helped me relax into the session. By feeling relaxed and comfortable in that space, I was able to open up and be honest with him and therefore honest with myself. I really valued this session as it helped me think about certain things and in doing this, I was led to understand what it is I needed to help me on my journey going forward.
Alan is a great coach as he really listened and observed. He is respectful and very intuitive and I would highly recommend him.
