Nimmie is our amazing project manager and a heart centred entrepreneur who utilises mindfulness and gratitude to sustain a kind, healthy and meaningful lifestyle. She is determined to inspire as many people as she can to see a vision of their desired life and coach them to achieve it. Nimmie and her husband Adesh married in 2015 who moved to New Zealand in 2005. A question, Nimmie always asks herself is; “What is stopping you from moving forward?’’

He has worked in leadership, personal development and health and wellness for over 20 years. His hugely varied vocational life is a reflection of his eclectic personality. Since 2013 he has dedicated his life to the leadership development of young people through the charitable trust he founded OneChance New Zealand and more recently, the Waka with Wings Charity. His business Waka Taitonga Ltd trading as ATS Coach is the fruit of the seeds sown into his charity work, the lives of young people, leadership development and his personal life journey. Alan has travelled to more than 45 countries, served as a physical training instructor in the Royal NZ Air Force, and is involved in the community with Justice of the Peace duties, networking and mentoring. To relax Alan can be found hitting the Redwoods mountain bike tracks and swimming the lakes of the Rotorua district.

Sarah is our dedicated marketer who has a passion for helping small businesses grow to meet their full potential. Hailing from Alice Springs, Australia, her work ethic was developed at a young age through working in her parent’s restaurants and various other business ventures. Since then, Sarah has gone on to start a business of her own fresh out of Otago University. On her days off, she can be found in the Muay Thai gym or hiking to the top of a mountain deep in the New Zealand forest.
